Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 1, to clarify para 40 of the Judgment dated 13.11.2024, to state that it refers to the manner of distribution of the awarded amount among the four claimants as no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the entire balance amount, after around nine years of the original Award dated 24.02.2016, in the FDRs. 2.

Submissions heard and the record perused.

There is no clarification warranted in the Judgment dated 13.11.2024 wherein it has been stated that the enhanced compensation amount be disbursed in the same ratio as was awarded by the learned MACT in its Award dated 24.02.2016. amounts due to their necessity, they are at liberty to move the Application, which may be considered on the merits and the needs of the Applicants. In fact, it is submitted that an Application has already been filed before the Roster Bench, for release of the amount. No further clarification is warranted in the Judgment dated 13.11.2024.
