1. It is stated that the refund order has been passed on 17th April, 2017, a copy of which has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioner. It is further stated that the amount will be credited to the account of the Petitioner not later that one week from today.

2. In the event the Petitioner has any grievance on account of non-payment of the refund together with interest, it would be open to the Petitioner to first approach the VATO and then seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
