% 09.10.2018 1.

By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to harvest the crops and look after his wife who is unwell. 2.

Certain medical documents relating to Smt. Savitri Sharma, wife of the petitioner were filed which were not verified by Rajul Endoscopy Centre and Hospital, Sasni Gate, Agra Road, Aligarh. 3.

The report was that though some documents were genuine however, the other were not genuine. When the pairokar of the petitioner, who is the son of the petitioner, who had filed petition, was summoned, he stated that he had collected those documents lying with the mother and filed the copies thereof.
