Counsel for the petitioners states that in the facts of the present case contempt petition is not pressed inasmuch as RCA No.4/2015 was disposed of and accordingly the applicants, if they want any interim relief including of removal of their goods, will move a necessary application in RSA No.111/2016.

This petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
