% 08.05.2018 The petition is bereft of any detail as to where the liability would arise, as a consequence of the impugned provision. It was not disputed that the petitioner's construction activities are outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court within the State of Maharashtra. In these circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that these proceedings should not be entertained. Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and approach the concerned High Court which has jurisdiction over the subject matter. Liberty granted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications stand disposed off.
