Let the fresh IA be numbered. An application has been moved that the disputes have been settled between the parties. The application has been signed by learned counsel for the Defendant and contains the affidavits of Plaintiff and Defendant. The terms of settlement are recorded in paragraph 3 (a) to (i) of the application. As per the settlement, the Defendant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the Plaintiff in full and final settlement of the claim.

Learned counsel for the Defendant has handed over a demand draft bearing no.000529 dated 17th July, 2018 for a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs drawn on AXIS Bank Ltd to Mr. Pavan Sachdeva, Director of the Plaintiff, who is present in Court.

Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. The settlement terms are made part of the decree. Decree sheet be drawn.
4. The suit is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the settlement. All pending I.As. also stand disposed of.
