% 18.01.2019 CM APPL. 2040/2019 in MAC.APP. 855/2012 This is an application under Section 152 CPC seeking change of bank details of respondent No.1-claimant.

Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1-claimant submits that due to inadvertence, the claimant gave wrong bank details and prays that the same be rectified in the order dated 11.10.2017. He further submits that the correct bank details are Bank identifier code: HBUKGB4111E and account No. is IBAN GB70HBUK40192071159534 and prays for release of FDR No.15530310432341 in the said account.

The application is allowed. Let the FDR No.15530310432341 be transferred into the aforementioned account number of claimant after due verification, as per rules.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
