Petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C has been filed for setting aside of the Order dated 03.10.2016 vide which anticipatory bail was granted to the Respondent No.2 in FIR No.2875/2015 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC.

The record shows that the only grievance that remains with the Complainant/Petitioner was that the ring which was offered to be returned was not the same.
