% 19.09.2018 CS(COMM) 431/2016 & I.A. 12514/2018 1.

The parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have filed joint application I.A. 12514/2018 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is signed by both the parties and is supported by their respective affidavits. The defendant present in Court along with her counsel confirms the aforesaid settlement. I.A. 12514/2018 along with the affidavits and the documents is marked as Ex.C-1.

The compromise between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in respect of prayers AA (a), (b) and (c) of para 48 of the plaint in terms of the settlement Ex.C-1. Decree sheet be drawn up. Ex.C-1 shall form part of the decree.

I.A. 12514/2018 is allowed in the above terms. 4.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
