The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 13.06.2016 by which bail was granted to him on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

He was further directed not to leave the country and to surrender his pass-port with the Investigating Officer. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application was filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court for permission to travel abroad. Since the permission to travel abroad does not reflect in the impugned order, it needs modification.

Considering the facts and circumstances of case, order dated 13.06.2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioner will be at BAIL APPLN. 863/2016

liberty to go abroad with the prior permission of the Trial Court. Other terms and conditions of the order are left undisturbed. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
