% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to reduce the award amount by `2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only). The remaining amounts be released to the respondents/claimants and the sum of `2,00,000/- be released to the Insurance Company besides the statutory amount of `25,000/-. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
