The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking parole on the ground that family members of the petitioner want to divide the family property as per the settlement arrived in RSA No.248/2004 vide order dated 18.02.2015.

The representation made by the petitioner to the Government of NCT of Delhi for seeking parole for division of family property with other family members, has been rejected in the absence of requisite police verification report regarding verification of address and ground taken by the convict. 4.
Perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that the petitioner W.P.(CRL) 1398/2016
has availed two weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. from 09.02.2016 to 24.02.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
