% 24.05.2017 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India essentially seeks a direction to the Statutory Authorities to produce Poonam, the daughter of the petitioner before this Court. In view of the circumstance that Poonam has voluntarily appeared before this Court and stated that she left her parental home of her own volition, the relief prayed for in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
