Learned counsel for the appellant, appointed through DHCLSC, on instructions, states that the appellant has already undergone his entire substantive as well as default sentence and, having understood the consequences, does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. 2.

The appellant has been produced in custody through VC from Central Jail-10, Rohini by Jail Warden Mr. Ashish Dabas. He also reiterates the aforesaid prayer.

The appellant's nominal roll dated 11.09.2025, under the signatures of the Superintendent, CJ-10, District Jail, Rohini, has been placed on record, as per which the appellant was released from jail in connection with the present case upon completion of his substantive and default sentence on 12.12.2018.
