% 19.05.2017 I.A. No. 6206/2017 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the present petition. It is urged that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 15.05.2017. In terms of the settlement, the petitioner has also paid first instalment of Rs.30 lakhs less TDS. Balance payment is to be paid to the respondent as per the schedule agreed upon. The total amount is Rs.1,30,00,000/- (Rupees one crore and thirty lakhs). The application is allowed.

O.M.P. (COMM) 188/2016 In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The date of 07.07.2017 stands cancelled.
