The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 states that if the petitioner deposits a sum of `25,000/- in terms of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in appeal no. 595/252(1)/ND/2018, the respondents would activate the DIN (Director Identification Number) as well as DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) within a period of one week of the petitioner providing the proof of such deposit as well as form no. 28 (in physical form). 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the sum of `25,000/- has already been deposited.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the petitioner provides the proof of deposit of a sum of `25,000/- along with Form 28 in physical form with the ROC within a period of one week from today, the

ROC shall activate the DIN and DSC of the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. This is also subject to the petitioner filing the requisite forms and Returns with the ROC as required within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application stands disposed of.
