O R D E R

% 24.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20th December, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 11244/2016 whereby respondents were directed to decide petitioner's representation within two months from the date the representation is received. Learned counsel for petitioner states that while DTIDC has decided petitioner's representation, respondent-North DMC has not decided the petitioner's representation.

Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned standing counsel for respondent-North DMC, who appears on advance notice, states that his clients have not received petitioner's fresh representation in accordance with the order dated

20th December, 2016.

Since petitioner's representation addressed to the Commissioner, North DMC is available at page 28 of the paper book, this Court disposes of the present petition with direction to the North DMC to decide the petitioner's aforesaid representation within three weeks from today. With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition and application stand disposed of.
