The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.1 to take appropriate steps to evict respondent nos.2 and 3 from the petitioner's residence (being L-2/58B, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019.

The present petition was filed as the forum of the Maintenance Tribunal was not constituted.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in the meanwhile, on 20.08.2018, the petitioner has filed an application under Rule 22(3) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare
of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009, for evicting respondent nos.2 and 3 from the premises.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition, except to direct the concerned District Magistrate to dispose of the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. It is so directed. 4.
The petition is disposed of.
