% 10.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a woman and she is in judicial custody for the last two years and one month. Charge sheet has already been filed and the trial is underway. The petitioner was the director of M/s Prolix Pharma Ltd. Allegations against the petitioner are that she along with her husband has cheated Dr.Vimal Kumar to the tune of `40.5 lakhs.

Petitioner and her husband represented that the turnover of M/s Prolix Pharma Ltd was `700 crores and the complainant was induced to invest money in the said company.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and that chargesheet has been filed and the trial is underway and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years, I find it to be a fit case to

release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
