% 11.05.2016 Present petition has been filed by the mother of Rubeena under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of habeas corpus. Notice was issued in this matter on 29.04.2016. Rubeena has been produced in Court. Rubeena submits that she has left her parental home out of her own free will and she is residing on rent. She is a major which fact is not disputed. We may also notice that W.P.(Crl).1306/2016 was filed by Rubeena and one Devendra, seeking protection. By an order dated 29.04.2016, a Single Judge of this Court, while giving protection, ordered as under:

"The beat constable of the concerned area shall also be sensitized in this behalf. The telephone number of the said Officer as well as the SHO of the concerned police station shall be provided to both the petitioners herein in order to enable the latter to contact the former in the event of any threat or apprehension. Directed accordingly."

Since Rubeena has been produced in Court and has expressed her desire to stay on her own, no further orders are called for. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
