O R D E R

% 15.05.2018 Application (CM 20151/2018) has been moved under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) for stay granted by orders dated 06.09.2011 and 28.03.2012 on the main petition [CM(M) 1009/2011] to be vacated and the trial court to be directed to dispose of the partition suit from which these proceedings arise, reference in this context being made to the settlement arrived at through the process of mediation by the parties on 10.05.2018. The petitioner is present in person and submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties through mediation, he withdraws the main petition and the applications filed therewith. CM(M) 1009/2011

The main petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

The stay granted by the aforementioned orders is hereby vacated. The parties would appear before the trial court to pursue the matter for appropriate orders to be passed in the light of settlement agreement dated 10.05.2018. Needless to add, the trial court will accord its attention to the matter on an early date, given the old pendency of the suit.

This disposes of all the pending applications as well. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. R.K.GAUBA, J.
