% 11.01.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavits filed by respondent nos. 1 and 3 are incorrect. He submits that respondent nos. 4 and 5 were the co-borrowers and it is absolutely inconceivable that respondent nos. 1 and 3 would have no concern with them. Having considered the submission made, the petitioner shall file the loan document(s) on record within a period of one week from today. Respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall remain personally present in Court on the next date of hearing.
