% 16.12.2016 Defendant nos.4 to 7 are not appearing in the present proceedings. The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the same may be deleted from the array of the parties. It is so directed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant nos. 1 to 3 and 8 state that the said parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 14.12.2016 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of the Court Fees to the plaintiff.
