The parties have filed the present joint petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the mandate of the sole arbitrator be extended for a further period of six months from 28.05.2018, that is, till 27.11.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that no delay is attributable to the Arbitral Tribunal and the Arbitral Tribunal has acted with due despatch. 3.

In view of the consensus between the parties, the application is allowed and the time for making the award is extended for a further period of six months from 28.05.2018, that is, upto 27.11.2018. 4.
