(Comm.) 79/2018 This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award. Counsel for the respondents, who appears on an advance notice, submits that the respondents have no objection if the prayer made in the petition is granted.
Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondents, time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended for a further period of six months with effect from 6th May, 2018.
