% 11.01.2016 The present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14.02.2012 of learned Additional Sessions Judge vide which the revision petition challenging the order dated 14.02.2011 passed by the learned MM of framing the charge was dismissed. The case came up for hearing on 17.08.2012.

Notice was given to the opposite side.

Thereafter on 10.04.2013, the case was adjourned for filing the rejoinder by the petitioner.

On the request of the counsel for the petitioner, matter was adjourned to 30.09.2013 and thereafter the matter was adjourned from time to time.

Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 05.11.2015 and

the matter was adjourned for today just to defer the adverse order. I have gone through the record. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present matter. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Application Crl.M.A.

13942/2012 is also disposed of accordingly.
