% 10.01.2019 Test Case 33/2016 It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner that valuation report in respect of the entire property at plot no.81, Greater Kailash, New Delhi has been filed by the office of the SDM, whereas the property in question in the present petition is B-81, Lower Ground Floor, GK-I, New Delhi in respect whereof valuation report has not been filed.

One Mr. Ravinder Kumar Patwari for the office of SDM, Vasant Vihar is present and has filed the valuation report of the said property i.e. C-1/1036, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The same is taken on record.

Sur-rejoinder has been filed by the respondent no.2 on record in terms of order of my learned Predecessor.

-2Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he wishes to file appropriate application for filing reply to said sur-rejoinder. Learned counsel for petitioner is at liberty to proceed as per law and no further directions from the undersigned in this respect are necessary with the caveat that any application so filed shall be dealt with according to law.
