Crl.Rev.P. 316/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition against the order dated 26.04.2016 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board. During the course of arguments, the counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to approach the Sessions Court against the order of the Juvenile Justice Board.
