% 08.05.2018 It is submitted that petitioner could not appear before the trial court on 3rd February, 2018 as his train got cancelled. On the next date of hearing, that is, 23rd February, 2018, petitioner could not appear as he was unwell. Relevant documents have been placed on record at pages 89 to 91 to support this version. Learned counsel has assured that petitioner will appear before the trial court on the next date of hearing, that is, 5th July, 2018 and shall not seek unnecessary exemptions. Accordingly, impugned orders dated 3rd and 23rd February, 2018 are set aside.

Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the date fixed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of in the above terms.
