O R D E R

% 02.05.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner states that he is willing to pay the outstanding amount under the decision of the Disputes Settlement Committee (for short 'DSC') dated 21st March, 2016, provided the petitioner's contract is not terminated on the issues raised and adjudicated upon by the DSC.

Learned counsel for respondent fairly states that if the petitioner pays the balance outstanding amount as determined by the DSC, the petitioner's contract shall not be terminated on the issues raised and adjudicated upon by the DSC. The statements made by learned counsel for parties are accepted by this Court and the said parties are held bound by the same. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition and application are disposed of.
