The present application has been filed under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, ("CPC") seeking correction of a clerical/typographical error in the judgment dated 12th January, 2026. 2.

It is submitted that in the aforesaid judgment, the appearance of counsel for the respondent has inadvertently been noted as "Mr. Charu Sharma" instead of "Ms. Charu Sharma".

Accordingly, it is directed that the judgment dated 12th January, 2026, shall be read to reflect the name of counsel for the respondent as "Ms. Charu Sharma".
