By filing the present bail application, the petitioner is seeking interim bail for a period of 60 days in case FIR No.225/2013 registered under Sections 302/323/201/34 IPC, PS Samay Pur Badli, New Delhi. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed. 3.

Perusal of the status report revealed that the wife of the petitioner is not suffering from any serious medical problem and the presence of the petitioner is not required to take her to a physiotherapist. 4.

In view of the above, I do not find it to be a fit case to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of 60 days. 5.

The application is dismissed.
