% 09.12.2015 Learned counsel for the parties submit that suit is valued at `60 lacs, thus, this Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit in view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015. They further submit that since suit property is situated at Vasant Kunj (South), therefore, suit may be transferred to New Delhi District. Ordered accordingly.
