% 11.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role of stabbing has not been assigned to the petitioner.

The only allegation against the petitioner is that he was armed with a wooden danda. Injured has been discharged from the hospital on the same day. Petitioner is in custody for more than six months. He may be admitted to bail. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
