Notice could not be issued to respondent no. 3 for want of process fee. The learned counsel for the State submits that protection has been granted to the petitioners in terms of the previous order and nothing suspicious or untoward has been noticed. The learned counsel for the State submits that perhaps the parties have settled their disputes, which is why they are not present in Court today.

Additionally, the Beat Constable of the area shall ascertain the safety and security of the petitioners on a daily basis for the next one month. The SHO of the area concerned shall assess the threat perception and accord due protection as may be necessary.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed-off in terms of order dated 09.05.2018.
