% 18.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the SDM/Revenue Assistant, Narela to decide the proceedings in Case No.1943/RA/N/08 titled as Gaon Sabha vs. Indira Ahuja in an expeditious manner. This Court is not inclined to pass any directions to the Revenue Assistant in view of fact that there is a complete hierarchy provided in the Delhi Land Reforms Act and Delhi Land Revenue Act, to which resort can be made by the petitioner. At this stage, Mr.Sameer Vashisht, Advocate, who appears on advance notice for the respondents, submits that he has instructions to state that the Revenue Assistant will dispose off the pending proceedings in an expeditious manner and in any case in a period of 6 months from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the

present petition.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
