The petitioner seeks interim bail from 11.05.2018 to 23.05.2018 to take exams.

By an order dated 02.05.2018, the learned Trial Court has granted custody parole.

It is informed that the statement of the prosecutrix and that of her mother has already been recorded.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2017.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take exam, he is granted interim bail from 11.05.2018 to 23.05.2018 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on 24.05.2018.

He shall not contact the prosecution witnesses and shall not criminally intimidate them in any manner.

The bail application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be given 'dasti' under the signatures of the Court Master.
