The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "(a) Call for the records of the execution appeal being RCA No. 104/2006 titled as V. Chacko through Ponnamma Chacko through M. George Versus Dr. P.N, Chutani (deceased) through legal representative D. Dutt &Ors. from the court of Sh. M.C. Garg, ADJ/ARCT Delhi; (b) After perusal of the records set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 21.08.2007;

(c) Restore the judgment and order dated 06.09.2006 passed by the Ld. Executing Court in execution case No. 74/2004 titled as Dr. P.N. Chutani Vs. V. Chacko;

(d) Pass such other and further order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
