% 28.05.2018 The status report has been submitted by the State dated 14.05.2018 under the signatures of Inspector Satyabir Singh, SHO/PS Anand Vihar to state that there was a camera no. 18 installed at the back side gate towards the parking, which has been verified in relation to the CCTV footage which is the back side attached with the kitchen of the Hall Mark Banquet Hall which is open to the parking side of the Metro Station and the accused-petitioner was seen (footage) going towards the place of occurrence with the boys. On behalf of the applicant, it has been submitted that the applicant was throughout the time of the occurrence within the banquet hall. It has also been submitted that the other co-accused in the case are on the bail and that the injured had already been discharged having sustained simple injuries caused by a blunt object
as indicated vide the MLC.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that out of the nine accused, two are in JC one of their being the accused/petitioner, one of them being absconding and the remaining are on bail. It has also been informed on behalf of the State that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant.
In the circumstances, thus, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his filing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with directions that he shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not leave the country without the permission of the Court. Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
