% 14.05.2018 Learned counsel for respondent, who appears on an advance notice, states that the impugned order dated 13th March, 2018 is appealable before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. After some hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that she will avail of other statutory remedies available by filing an appeal before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. She also states that she would be filing an application seeking stay.

We take the statement on record and dismiss the present writ petition

as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, without making any comments on merits.
