ORDER

% 11.07.2018 On the basis of evidence collected during investigation into case FIR No.58/2017 involving offences punishable under Sections 395/397/365/34/412/420/468/471/120-B IPC of Police Station Chanakya Puri, petitioners were arrested and sent up for trial with co-accused. The trial of the case is presently underway in the court of Sessions, charge having been found made out, the said order having been attained finality BAIL APPLN. 1066/2018 etc.

there being no challenge thereto by the petitioners. The case is at the stage of the prosecution evidence, particularly the statement of the victim. The allegations against the petitioners primarily are that they had aided and assisted the other accused in waylaying the victim, who was moving with goods in a transport vehicle and having incapacitated him by throwing chilli powder into his eyes, fire arm also having been used in the crime. No case is made put in these circumstances for release on bail at this stage.

Both the bail petitions stand dismissed.

This disposed of pending applications also.
