% 04.07.2018 Counsel for the respondent submits that without admitting any of the pleadings made by the petitioner in the petition, the respondent has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is granted and time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 3rd May, 2018.

In view of the above, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 3rd May, 2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
