Bail Appln. 901/2016 The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the counsel for the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.436/2014, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC, Police Station Maurya Enclave feeling aggrieved by the order dated 08.03.2016 passed by the learned ASJ. It has been submitted that the condition of deposit was attached with the interim bail and as a result of non-deposit, the interim bail was not extended. Consequently, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to move fresh application for the grant of regular bail

before the learned ASJ on merits.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly with the liberty to the petitioner that he may move the application before the learned ASJ who will decide the application on merit. P.S.TEJI, J MAY 04, 2016 dd
