1. Counsels for petitioner and respondent no.1 state that issues, which are subject matter of the disputes resulting in this writ petition, have been settled between petitioner and respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 has received a sum of Rs.6 lakh in full and final settlement towards satisfaction of all her claims against the petitioner.
2. Details of the cheques with respect to amount of Rs. 6 lakh are as under.
a. Cheque No.002615 for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) in favour of Shikha Chaudhary, dated 28.02.2017 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Burari Branch, Delhi W.P.(C) 11287/2009
b. Cheque No.002616 for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only) in favour of Shikha Chaudhary, dated 28.02.2017 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Burari Branch, Delhi
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.1 and subject to realization of the cheques, the writ petition will be disposed of as compromised and disputes being settled.
4. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
