% 22.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner, is seeking a direction to the respondents to decide his application dated 19.04.2012 filed for grant of alternative plot.
Mr.Yeeshu Jain, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondent no.1 submits that the respondents are taking up applications on basis of their seniority. He further submits that, since the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that till date, the petitioner has not been allotted any seniority number to him, he has no objection, in case, the present petition is directed to be treated as a representation.
Ms.Karishma, learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.1.
Accordingly, the respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and dispose of the same by passing a
reasoned and speaking order within 12 weeks from today. Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents, it will open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under the law.
