% 31.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that instructions have been issued to the Bank Manager, Oriental Bank of Commerce to treat the letters dated 22.03.2016 and 30.03.2016 by which the bank account of the petitioner was ordered to be frozen, as withdrawn. He further submits that this position shall be communicated to the petitioner as well in form of a formal order within a period of two days. In view of the above, the petition stands satisfied and is accordingly disposed of.
