% 15.12.2016 IA 15483/2016 This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiff, inter alia, praying that the Court Fee deposited be refunded to them. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the aforesaid suit was compromised by a settlement arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of the Court Fee.

It is seen that the original plaintiff has expired and his legal heirs were brought on record. It is also seen that Plaintiff nos.1 and 2 have executed a Special Powers of Attorney in favour of Plaintiff No.3, Ms Girija Krishan Varma. Accordingly, the certificate for refund of the Court fee is directed to be in the name of plaintiff no.3, Ms Girija Krishan Varma, who is authorised to receive the same on

behalf of the plaintiff.

The application is disposed of.
