Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Let the copy of the Writ Petition be treated as petitioner's representation and the same be considered by the respondents No.1 to 5 within a period of three weeks from today. The respondents shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The date of hearing shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as the petitioner's counsel before this Court. The decision on the petitioner's representation be communicated to the petitioner within one week of the decision.

The Writ Petition and the application are disposed of.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision to be taken by the respondent No.1 to 5, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with the law. 4.
