The petitioner seeks interim bail for two months to take care of his wife who has undergone surgery. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2015. Status report reveals that the petitioner's wife has undergone surgery on 27.04.2018. She has been advised rest for two months.

Earlier, the petitioner was granted interim bail and there are no allegations of its misuse. 3.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take care of his ailing wife, he is granted interim bail for three weeks from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail.
