% 27.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant is residing at Vasant Kunj which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, New Delhi.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, New Delhi on 10.05.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
